Hi Martin,

Good idea with the Turing Test (child or not:)) -- I've very much
enjoyed reading the explanations. Especially since the answers have 
distributed themselves so evenly! Anyway, here's my vote:

I think White is the computer, and Black the human.
I'm too weak to see any details in the Fuseki, but I believe
White makes a lot of those 'Almost good' moves, so typical for a
program; tenuki instead of killing, or even irrational moves instead
of defending (as I interpret the tenuki at 100). In my opinion, 
White plays just like a program with a very good shape and fuseki database.
