Ing Computer Goe Tournament: date

I would like advice from those who plan to enter the 4th Ing Computer
Goe Tournament.

I have been asked to organize this Tournament.  I have found an
excellent venue in north-west London, but the only date that they can
offer is the weekend November 14th/15th (28th/29th may be a possibility,
but is doubtful).  I have also been offered another venue, also in
north-west London, which can probably offer any weekend in November.

If the event were held on the weekend November 14th/15th, would entrants
find this acceptable?  The First International Conference on Computers
and Games will be in Tsukuba, Japan, on November 11th/12th.  Would
entrants find it inconvenient if the two events were so close together?

Please let me know your views.  Please also forward this to anyone else
you think may wish to attend, who does not read this newsgroup.

I believe that it would be impossible to attend both events if Ing cup were
held on 14/15.
I hope everything will be done to avoid the clash.
About half the papers we have recieved for the CG'98 conference are on Go.

If you would like to attend both events, please write to Nick.

Btw I think it is the 14th Ing tournament, not the 4th.
