Re: Unsubscribing?
Dan is really trying to be helpful I'm sure, but the fact is, this list
is the hardest to get off of that I've ever experienced, and his FAQ
didn't help me. I've sent email to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, listproc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and computer-go-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; if any of these
addresses is the right one, then I must have sent poorly formed
messages, because I simply cannot get myself off of this mailing list. I
even tried emailing "postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx", and got no response. Nothing
seems to work.
Please, I have seen so many people trying to unsubscribe recently, does
anybody here actually know how to get off of this list? I'm sure that it
is really simple and logical, but there seem to be a lot of people like
me who just can't figure it out. I don't like wasting everybody's time
like this, but I think we really desperately need somebody to post the
unsubscribe instructions so that the "unsubscribe" requests will stop
(temporarily at least).
PS - I *do* have my original "Welcome to computer-go" email, but it is
from when the list was run out of Australia, and doesn't work any more.
