Next step after trying postmaster (good you made it that far) is
probably whois.
My guess: the real address is probably computer-go-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, it's
maintained by a human (rather than automated software), and that human
is on vacation or something.
Hence, you probably need to reach a different human, and one good way to
find a responsible computer manager is trying whois.
