No, there are no such restrictions. In the past they have always provided
MacOS machines, and usually there were 2 or 3 Mac entries. I think last
year there was a Linux program, too. This year they limited the tournament
to 16 programs, and I guess they asked these programmers about the system.
You can always bring your own computer, if you don't like the provided
machines.
