No.  YOu can bring whatever you like.  But if you don't want to
bring a computer, they will provide one.  This year, since NEC
was a sponsor, the computers provided were all 333 Mhz NEC machines
running Windows.  Several people brought faster machines, and several 
brought laptops.  I didn't see any Macs this year.
