Most tournaments allow any platform as long as you can  provide it.
I am not afraid of an "Intel Go Cup", more of a "Micro$oft Go Cup"

but the nice thing about an Internet-Go-Cup would be that you could
use ANY platform, as long as you have a common protocol.
