I also think this is a very good idea.
A publishing style as the one Dave Dayer
suggested would be good, I think. As he
points out, there is absolutely no need
to collect issues into volumes if it is
to be published electronically. (Of course,
would it become a hit, there would appear
bundled hardcopies as well).
The only problem, as always, is who will do
the work. I can only hope that a distinguished
editor-to-be takes on this great task in the
anticipation that Computer Go will mature into
an established research area. The rest of us
could at least come up with not only a list
of potential editors but also a much larger
list of potential referees.
