A good idea as well, apart from no peer review at all is an extreme in
the wrong direction.. It should however be possible, with committed
authors, to cut the reviewing time to two weeks-a month instead of the
six months, at the expensive of quality but with the benefit of
turnover.
Now: I am willing to set up an e-mail list to discuss this further.
Would anybody willing to discuss the structure and organization (not
necessarily willing to do work :) please e-mail me personally so I know
whether there is enough interest..
