computer-go: EGC Computer Tournament

During this year's Hitachi European Go Congress the European
Computer Go Championship will be held the whole day on 
Wednesday, 2000-08-09. For general congress registration please
go to http://www.dgob.de . Apparently it will be possible to
use the school's PCs with Windows 3.11. While you may register
for the CG tournament until the day before, I would really 
appreciate an early mail to me by everybody who probably intends 
to participate. (It will also be possible to use your own PC, if 
preferred.) 

Needless to say, any form of plagiarism is strictly forbidden; 
sportsmanlike behaviour is expected. Apart from Nihon Kiin 1989 
rules, the tournament system will depend on the number of participants. 
Since it tends to be restricted, no thinking time has been set so 
far. I listen to your proposals here, however, no set thinking time 
but reasonably fast play is an option so far and as long as we have 
less than a dozen entries. - Thank you for your cooperation!
