The EGC CG T, being a small T, has no such nasty requirements.
About the worst thing that can happen to your program is bad endgame
play and arbitration by the TD, if the program fails to end the
game properly. The TD will prefer to issue a regular result
rather than a default loss. All this is entirely different in other
big and sponsored CG tournaments, where you might be required to
end properly, create SGF, have GMP, etc. The EGC CG T instead is
still mainly a fun for fun tournament will small prize money.
ASB, the only real requirements are no plagiarism, sportmanlike
behaviour, and decent thinking times.
