computer-go: Money prizes at US Computer Go Competition, any program can win

We have a sponsor for the Computer Go Competition
at the US Go Congress.

Bob Myers has put up $2,000, as the Myers Prize.

The prize money is open to all participants, no matter
where they are from.  A program's author or representative
must be present to operate the program and claim any prize.

Prizes:

$1,000	First Place
  $500  Second Place
  $250  Third Place
  $125  Fourth Place

  $125  Best new face

If there are fewer than four programs entered, the unclaimed
prizes will not be awrded.  

The best new face prize will go to the highest finishing program
that has not participated in a US Computer Go Tournament, Ing Cup,
or FOST cup before.

The US Computer Go Championship will be held at the US Go Congress,
in Denver, CO, on the afternoons of August 5,6,7.
