   This is where must come to Robert's rescue.. I agree that it's a terrible 
   wording. Some of you may have played Go for a long time and forgot what it 
   was like as a beginner.

I will come  to everyones rescue!  Robert  is indeed articulate but so
is Heikki.   Heikki probably didn't expect us  to analyze his informal
statement under  a  microscope!  I  agree in principle  that he didn't
supply enough information to make full sense out of it.

   Suppose black captures two stones. According to the wording above, white 
   can't recapture. I needed some extra explanation here as a beginner (there is 
   no repetition if you recapture so its ok).

   Then again, i think the importance of this is overestimated greatly. We are 
   talking about a timeframe of 5 minutes here. And another 5 minutes for the 
   "complicated extra rules in the Japanese rule system".
