Since you claim your questions remain the same, an example from your mail:

Is this really still a question? If you read my messages properly it is
entirely about having the option to play it out or not. It is you who
proposes a system where there's no such option.

As for the nitpicking: human communication is full of imperfections. If
someone makes an error but is otherwise completely understood with respect
to the discussion and
you still find it necessary to correct him, then I call that nitpicking. And
then I'm being extremely diplomatic.
