computer-go: looking for "protocol.Z" information about IGS protocol

For the purpose of improving a Macintosh go client for IGS,
I am  looking for the file "protocol.Z" (5264 bytes)
containing programmer-oriented information about IGS protocol
(NOT the similarly named file with the Go Modem Protocol).

Reportedly, this was formerly at

                 ftp://igs.nuri.net/Go/clients/protocol.Z
           ftp://ftp.pasteur.fr/pub/Go/clients/protocol.Z
        ftp://rzis1.rz.tu-bs.de/pub/go/clients/protocol.Z
      ftp://ftp.fh-wuerzburg.de/pub/go/clients/protocol.Z

but none of these ftp servers seems to host it anymore, and

    ftp://www.joy.ne.jp/welcome/igs/Go
                 ftp://ftp.nuri.net/Go

have been reorganized.
