computer-go: OpenGo -- Open Source Go Programming Environment

We made another release of OpenGo, an open source go programming
environment.

It allows you the programmer to focus on your go engine and worry less
about user interfaces,  connections to other go engines, and the details
of loading a particular go game format.

The license has been changed so that it can be used without
restriction.  We ask that you help improve it and add features that we
can all use.
