computer-go: 2002 CGF special meeting result

CGF special meeting(small computer Go tournament in Japan)  was held
 at the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo in August 24-25.
Final participants were 8 teams, and GnuGo entered the tournament
 as a guest.

Tournament was round robin.
And Haruka won without a single defeat.

Ando-kun Igo played mirror Go. This made the games interesting.
