computer-go: Ko and solving 5 x 5 perfect play

There is a nice "Bestiary for Ko Rules" at

Also for an explanation of "positional Super Ko" vs "Situational Super
Ko", see:

Intuitively I have a feeling that perfect play is orthogonal with Ko
rules.

I think Don Dailey had a good idea when he proposed examining these
issues on a smaller board.
