That is true. But GTP V2 was never finalised, IIRC (again)
(exept for gnugo, which presumably has extended the "standard"
 even more)

Personally, I stopped investing time into GTP
when I found out that V2 is only a draft

and that we should follow the reference implementation.
Not me. I still have the "draft-commands"
tucked away somewhere, waiting for the protocol
to happen. It did not happen.

I am going to make myself a nice cross-cable,
this weekend. D9 or D25 ? Both!
