It wasn't that bad,  it's just that as soon as I  read her request the
first  thing that came  to my  mind was  that she  might be  writing a
paper!

   I guess I should have rephrased that as: "Why do you need this?  What 
   specific purpose requiring a citation as opposed to what has evidence, 
   but requires a conclusion. "

   ( the language used by an academic would not be good for a journalist ).

   But my language was terrible, my bad completely.
