What is going to stop Japanese people from visiting a US-hosted
Japanese-language website, pay with a Japanese credit card and getting a CD
in the mail? Will the Nihon Ki-in tell the US-based hosting provider that
International and US law has to bend to Japanese law?

Do you think Japanese do not know how to use a search engine?
