RE: [computer-go] Pattern matching - example play

This doesn't seem to follow the rules at all.  Black is the dumb algorithm,
so at move 3 it should attach to the white stone, and instead it plays next
to itself.
many later moves don't play next to the white block with least liberites.
For example
move 9 attacks a 4 liberty group rather than a 3 liberty group.
