Could someone please try to define "aji"? The suspense is killing me.
iirc, it's literally "aftertaste". usually a stone or two that is dead or near dead, but has forcing moves that must be answered.

the beginner tends to make these moves immediately. (this leads to the term aji-keishi (sp?) which iirc, means to erase the "aftertaste" or potential that was there.

the pro will wait as long as possible to see when is the best time and which is the best forcing move(s) to make. sometimes they wait too long and never get the chance to utilize it.

thanks
