I didn't like what happened yesterday - 2 programs that already played in 
round 1 played again in round 4. 4 rounds once 
every two months (assuming 9*9 play only) is not all that much, and so i'd 
like the pairing system to try to let me play as many opponents as 
possible, even if it means the winner is decided by round 3.
