Yes, I agree with this. The main source of error in this way
of rating is the lack of pressure to win. When the result
does not matter there is less motive to win and I think this
falls into that general category.
In my opinion, assuming undo is not involved, we could probably
deduct about 1 kyu to get a more realistic rating.

that's a common mistake when there's a very large
perceived gap between the strength of players.
they deserve the loss for trying to play that way.
i'm not sure that it's a source of error.
