Ok, then I agree completely with you. Japanese style really is more than
simple programs like mine can handle, and is sure to increase your burden
as tournament direction.
And you are doing an excellent job in this regard!

I wasn't referring to using KGS's protocol for resolving disputes - I
welcome and encourage use of that. I was referring to any attempt to
implement a Japanese-style game end procedure, with its resolution
phase, and resumptions. I apologise, I should have made this clear.
