[computer-go] Third KGS tournament: results

The third KGS Computer Go Tournament was played last Sunday. 
Congratulations to the two winners!  SlugGo won the formal division, and 
GNU Go won the open division, both winning all their games.  Thanks to 
all those who took part, particularly those playing for the first time 
in one of these events.

I am planning the fourth KGS computer Go tournament for Sunday July 
10th.  It will be 9x9, and will, like the third, start at about 16:00 
GMT.  I plan to retain the two-division system.  Provisionally I am 
thinking of time limits of 15 minutes each sudden death, and an 
eight-round Swiss format (if there are fewer than eight entrants in 
either division, some pairings will be repeated).  If anyone would like 
some changes to this, they should let me know soon, before I finalise 
it.
