There's one thing that confuses me about the results of the formal
division. The table lists one program each with 4 and 3 wins, four
with 2 wins and two with one win. This sums to 17 wins, which is more
than the 16 scheduled games. Is there some condition under which both
programs are awarded a win for the same game?
