I like this one as well. One more point to consider: I guess the
gen_move_cleanup phase will have to be done using the remaining time after
the main game, for the game to end before the next round. I would hate to
see any program lose on time in the cleanup phase. I doubt that people
restart the clocks in case of a dispute.

ps. Apoligies for the bad behaviour of Go81 in the tournament (claiming
the opponent dead). It worked fine in the two previous ones and I have no
idea what bug caused it to fail this time.
