Nick,
I want to see GnuGo entered in both events too, but shouldn't you
actually get their consent before entering them in the FORMAL
division?
You documentation for the formal division, under "Permission of
copyright-holders" says this:
"Its operator must have the consent of the authors of all the
copyright code which it contains."
So why don't you enter them in the OPEN division and get their
permission if you want them in the formal division?
I assume that you would like it if we respected the rules you set up.
Please don't set things up so that we can't do this.
Don
