[computer-go] Fifth KGS tournament: plans

My current plans for the next KGS Computer Go tournament are
  Sunday August 14th
  08:00 UTC start (convenient for Europe and Asia, not so for America)
  19x19
  28 minutes each sudden death

I am still undecided between round-robin and Swiss formats.  If there 
are eight or fewer entrants in a division, I prefer round-robin, and if 
there are more than eight, with these time limits, I prefer Swiss. 
Unfortunately I have to specify the format before "creating" the 
tournament.  Maybe I can create them as round robin, and if the number 
of entrants for a division exceeds eight, I can delete it and re-create 
it as Swiss.

I would like to hear your views.
