Registration is now open for the fifth KGS Computer Go Tournament.

In summary: it will be in two divisions, on Sunday August 14th, starting 
at 08:00 UTC.  Rules are Chinese, 19x19, 28 minutes each sudden death.

The schedule is convenient for Asians and Europeans.  If you live in 
East Asia and are reading this, I particularly hope that you will enter 
your program for the Fifth KGS Computer Go Tournament, and that you will 
tell your compatriots about it.
