computer-go: journal referees

Perhaps we should come up with a list of referees? I'm cc'ing this to
the computer-go mailing list and the gojournal list. If too many people
start complaining we can always stop.

I am suggesting the following people (of course they might not accept)..

Mick Reiss
Dave Dyer
Martin Mueller

I'm not going to name any more people. If everybody appends a few people
I'll put a list on the web in a few days.. we should probably
overnominate since some of them may decline.

As has been noted by several people, people with lots of practical
experience will be necessary (hence Mick Reiss, etc.),
as well as people from the Chess/other games communities..
