I can lower the limit to 181 stones, on 1-1,1-3,... 2-2,2-4,... 3-1,3-3...
All empty spaces are without liberties, and thus any white move is a
suicide. Depending on the rules, either forbidden, or just useless.

Funny position, I have 181 non-connected stones, and yet I am
unconditionally alive.
