The one taking black would never loose because if black was considered an
unfavorable color to be, the black player would just pass, then the white
player would come to the same conclusion, do the same, and there you have a
tie. QED.
That depends on the game. Either the one taking black would win or loose
consistently, or every game would end in a draw. The players being
"perfect", they would only need to play one game (as there is no element of
chance in the game), and quickly agree on the rest. You can see this from
very simple games, for example tic-tac-toe is always a draw...
