If you want a protocol for all kinds of rules, then you should
allow identifications of the following type:
For each of the intersections let each program propose a score
in points for black.
Remarks/Examples:
1) +2 might be a Japanese score for an intersection with a
dead white stone in black territory
2) +1 might be a Chinese score for an intersection in black
territory
3) 0 might be a Chinese score for a neutral intersection
4) negative values favour white
Using a protocol language with terms like "dead", "territory",
"seki", etc. is totally inappropriate for Chinese scoring
since rules with Chinese scoring do not (should not) have any
definitions for such terms.
