White has obviously captured more stones, so regardless of the scoring rule
he wins if the game ends here. Using the standard ko rule, this positions
is:

A) A win for white, by precedent or adjudication.
B) A win for white, because black runs out of stones.
C) A draw, because black can play E1-C1-D1 forever.

Thanks,
