I have prepared a little package here:

It tries to make life easier for the
aspiring Computer Go tournament organiser.
It includes a copy of twogtp (the perl
version), Gnu Go (just to have a Go playing
program at hand), tcputils, a few little shell
scripts and instructions how to set things up.
It should demonstrate how two Go playing programs
on different computers communicate via a controller
('referee') on a third computer using GTP over
TCP/IP. The ideas for this are all from Gunnar's
letter to the mailing list a while ago.
