It's not in sharable form, at least as something someone else could
incorporate into a program in anything like it's current form.  I'm
certainly willing to share a copy with the understanding that you
can only lean what you can by looking.

I have, in fact, expended considerable effort to share code and data
in a useful form.  I have on offer joseki and fuseki libraries built
from a 6000 game database, a library of scored games, and database
of life and death eye shapes, with sample code to interpret it.
