I believe that there is no way to do this with kgsGtp at present; I'd
recommend making a feature request.
Thanks for your prompt response, Evan.  You saved me some needless effort.

In case it's unclear why I'd want such a feature, note that you can
use, for example, command-line args to "twogtp" to play two programs
against each other with various handicaps.

But, I don't have a copy of, say, "viking4" on my home computer; it
sits on KGS.  Now, since my program is rated [?] and viking4 is [18k]
the only thing Gozilla can do is take black against it.

No handicaps, either way, and no playing white, for Gozilla.  (And these
are "free" games, anyway, until I implement GTP's final_status_list command.)

So, I hope that it doesn't seem unreasonable that I'd want a way
to change the default handicap on KGS, to get the same functionality
that a program like "twogtp" has.
