I like this idea too, and I have a game server (boardspace.net)
which could donate the space/bandwidth required.

I it seems to me that the natural interface would be 
to run a copy of NNGS or something similar, if only
because that would immediately answer all questions
about the details of how you would interface to it,
inspect your games and so on.
