I would prefer not KGS. I have an interest in 9x9 games (it's what my
program currently plays, after all ;) ), and would like my program to
be able to play them and be ranked or paired intelligently by the
server. Unfortunately, KGS has a stated policy against 9x9 (or other
non-19x19) rated games.

So, in the spirit of letting programs log on to play any sort of game
their programmers desire, I propose that we attempt to find or set up
a computer go server that supports 9x9 games to the same extent it
supports 19x19 games (or 39x39, for that matter), just as we would try
to support both 1-sec and 4-hour games.
