the original document ignores an even more
irritating potential side effect.  an
ill-considered .vacation file along with a
'please send all copies of list postings
back to me' status can go horribly awry if,
say, a moderator goes on vacation and sets
up postings to be auto-approved. 

really, i don't blame the 'reply-to' header so
much as i blame myself for not appropriately
parsing and using the reply-to header.
