This essay rather recommends not to write "considered harfmul"s.  In
any case, I find the one about "reply-to" non-dogmatic and having strong
arguments.  Yes, it is biased, but almost anything out there is biased.

BTW, more on-topic.  I use KMail as mail client.  It has _four_ reply
commands and _none_ of them allows me to reply to the author of a
message posted on a reply-to-munging mailing list.  If I want to do this,
I have to copy'n'paste the email address by hands.

I also believe this is not the first time we see private mails posted on
the list.  Luckily, nobody has posted a strongly offensive message that
way.  Yet.
