  I like two divisions; especially if the bots in 'upper' division
implement commands for group status and cleanup of dead stones.
  Personally I'm for metamachines to be allowed to enter 'upper'
division - for me GoFigure and daftbot differ enough from GNU Go. From
my point of view the more bots the better.

  BTW - would it be possible for a bot to play in both divisions
simultaneously (perhaps with two different handles)? I'd love to
experiment in the 'free' division as well.
