[computer-go] go vision / webcam to sgf / Tuchola

hi, i've been a member of this list for some time, keeping track of
computer-go progress.  right now i'm at the US Go Congress in Tacoma,
where things are starting to move at a brisk pace, as about 500 people
are registered.

i heard that at the 2004 European Congress in Tuchola, some folks set
up a webcam and were able to output moves from a game played in Real
Life{tm}.

this technology interests me quite a bit, especially this week, so i'm
wondering if anyone on the list saw the previous work and can help me
find it, or its authors.
