[computer-go] Chinese rules "positional superko is pretence"

Notice the comment of Robert Jasiek at the bottom: "The positional
superko is pretence and the referees' ko rules are applied in
practice. The latter can be explained by a moderately complex
modification of the Japanese 2003 Rules."
IMO this says it all.
