Re: value of sente; life and death

One example on the value of sente can be seen in a game of mirror-Go. In such
a game, b always has the sente and the sente always worth nothing until he
plays the k10 position. He cannot play there too late neither, otherwise he
won't be able to make up the komi. It indicates that the value of sente
depends on how the game is played. It's a good point that the difference
between 3rd and 4th, and so on should be also considered if an accurate value
of sente is to be determined. What if one side gets all the sentes? One need
to define the situation more accurately, probably in a way similar to the
mathematical theory of the end game.
