computer-go: OpenGo site updated & moved

OpenGo has some important patches that enable:
    compiling under linux, and unix's (as well as windows of course)
    support for gnugo and other programs using a pipe-based gmp.
Notice: These are currently 'development' patches on the way to an
'official' 0.04 release.

The OpenGo site has moved to:
    http://www.inventivity.com/OpenGo
The old site is still in place, but it won't be updated.  Also go papers
and other material that currently resides there will be moved as well.
Feel free to send me updates on go papers for inclusion.

We welcome your involvement with making a development and test-bed for
go programming.
