Sounds good. Unless someone knows an even better solution that is easily
available.
The main points is though that there's should be a general consensus this is
in fact a good move. It would be regrettable if such a move would cause this
already small community to become even more fragmented.
To transition I would suggest:
- To temporarily send posts to such a Gmane hosted list to this list.
- Whenever people send to this list, urge them to use the new one.
